These are some of the TrustRadius reviews posted by professionals using Zoom:
Peter Filias, Customer Success Manager at Auth0, says: “Zoom has reduced the problems associated with audio/video call setup. Zoom is extremely easy to set up, taking only about 3 seconds from download to installation. The download was small, less than 10 MB in size! Zoom is, without a doubt, the best video conferencing platform available. I often recommend Zoom to people I’ve seen struggling with all of Zoom’s competitors. Zoom is very easy to use for most people”.
Matthew Gardner, co-founder of RouteThis, says, “Very rarely will you hear ‘Can you hear me now?’ Zoom is used by our sales, marketing and product teams. Obviously, for sales calls, demos and internal conferences, some solution is needed within any organization, and Zoom is the best product we’ve tested in its category.
Eric Weiss, CSR at Hatchbuck, says, “We selected Zoom primarily for its cost and reliability. We liked the features Zoom provided, we thought it was the easiest interface for us, as well as users who have ever used a screen sharing service. We also liked how we can easily schedule meetings and send a link for a meeting invitation which helps get the meeting started much faster instead of sorting out a call to get everything started.”
