ISDIN implements My Academy: its new training ecosystem aimed at all employees of the 14 subsidiaries.
Actua Solutions is pleased to announce a new relationship as an elearning partner to implement the new My Academy platform for all ISDIN people in Corporate and the 14 subsidiaries.
ISDIN, the leading international photoprotection and dermatology laboratory in Spain, offers comprehensive and innovative solutions for skin care, prevention and maintenance. ISDIN’s vocation to be an international benchmark in skin care has led it to be present today in more than 50 markets around the world with a team of 1,300 people.
Given the exponential growth expected in the organization, the People Digital Transformation department was looking for a platform that would not only cover current training needs but also future ones. They need an online training ecosystem that accompanies them and is able to adapt to new realities as they emerge.
ISDIN now counts on Totara as learning management system and Actua Solutions as elearning partner to shape a project where the flexibility of technology to adapt to changes is critical and ideal for a fast growing company like ISDIN.
As part of the digitalization strategy, ISDIN deploys the CONNECTING BEATS project, through which, over a period of 3 years, it aims to put the employee at the center by providing them with tools that not only make their daily lives easier, but also allow them to “BE YOUR BEST YOU”.
Specifically, My Academy will enable them to have integrated training managementfrom the creation to the automation of user managementconsumption of training, management of subsidized training as well as the publication of diplomas and badges from the employee’s profile, providing them with a powerful KPI engine.
