1 The challenge

Redesign the training plan to adapt it to a more digital, flexible and scalable reality. It was necessary to raise the quality of the content and improve the learning experience, while maintaining consistency on a large scale and reducing dependence on the tutor.

2 Our proposal

Implement a hybrid methodology with high-impact animated videos integrated into Rise, combined with practical simulations and face-to-face sessions. In this way, autonomous, immersive and more agile learning is enhanced for any professional profile.

3 The results

A more interactive and satisfying training experience, with an average score above 9/10. The new structure facilitates onboarding, improves learner proactivity and optimizes the role of trainers as internal mentors.

Optimizing the quality of employee training and improving learning outcomes

Securitas Direct's training strategy needed an evolution to better adapt to the current needs of the teams. The possibility of introducing improvements that would allow greater flexibility and dynamism in training processes was identified, with the purpose of enriching the learning experience, standardizing the quality of training and facilitating its implementation on a larger scale.

Short animation videos distributed on a more automated platform

In order to improve the efficiency of Securitas Direct's training plan, we propose new training solutions based on the digitalization of contents. The platform Vyond allows us to create animated videos in a simple and intuitive way that can be seamlessly integrated into Articulate 360's Rise, Securitas Direct's elearning course creation software. Materials not only have greater impact, but are developed and updated in a more agile and autonomous way. All this reduces the dependence on the tutor and facilitates the integration of new incorporations in the company .

Hybrid training methodology integrating learning simulators

The use of flexible digital platforms increases the capacity to produce easily adaptable and updatable courses for a wide variety of learner profiles. The online training incorporates simulations of the processes and tools used in the operations action areas. This eminently practical digital experience is combined with face-to-face sessions with trainers and employees who are in daily contact with customers. As a whole, this strategy allows Securitas Direct's onboarding to be much faster and more successful.
