1 The challenge
IVI RMA Global Education needed a scalable and flexible training solution, adapted to different profiles and regions. They needed to integrate technologies such as SAP and Teams, without losing quality or customization, and to have a platform capable of evolving at the pace of their global growth (from 1,000 to 5,000 employees in 5 years).
2 Our proposal
We implement Totara Learn as the central platform, designed with a multi-tenant architecture for local management of the regions. We prioritized the extensive customization of its look & feel and functionalities, avoiding custom developments to ensure future scalability. In addition, we trained the internal team to operate and manage user segmentations autonomously.
3 The results
Campus Neo will enable management of thousands of users with customized content based on role and brand. Training is now scalable and aligned with the growth of IVI RMA Global Education. The LFE (Learning for Excellence) program was enhanced, allowing the integration and real-time visibility of external training (lectures, evidence) for continuous professional development.

Need for a scalable and customized training solution

IVI RMA Global Education needed a training platform to accompany its international expansion, adapting to diverse profiles, multiple languages and local regulatory contexts. The team's growth and geographic dispersion required a solution that would ensure a relevant, effective and consistent learning experience on a global scale. In addition, the company has multiple brands, each with its own look & feel and internal processes, so it was imperative to enable differentiated content management.

Technological integration and continuous evolution

The company needed to integrate systems such as SAP, Microsoft Teams and artificial intelligence to automate critical processes, reduce administrative burden and keep data always up to date. All this without compromising scalability, technical stability or the possibility of incorporating future innovations, since the platform had to be self-administered by the IVI RMA team for its long-term sustainability.

Our proposal

A solution tailored to each profile and ready to scale up

We implemented a Totara Learn-based solution with a multi-tenant architecture that allowed us to customize training by region and professional profile. Each user accesses relevant content according to their role and location, through specific control panels and itineraries. The customization of the look & feel for each brand was done with Totara native tools (themes and CSS), avoiding custom developments and ensuring scalability.

Integration with SAP, Teams and Office 365 facilitated deep automation: user creation, enrollments and data synchronization are handled without manual intervention.

We train the IVI RMA team to manage the environment autonomously, ensuring the sustainability of the model and its long-term evolution. The system is ready to integrate new functionalities such as e-commerce, AI or social learning. The migration of more than 3,500 courses and years of historical data to the new NEO Campus was achieved without loss.

Thanks to Totara, IVI RMA Global Education manages thousands of users in different regions with training aligned to each professional profile. This type of structure has reinforced the efficiency and relevance of learning, boosting engagement and improving the user experience. In addition, the Learning for Excellence (LFE) program was enhanced , allowing the integration of external training evidence (presentations, contributions), visible in a personalized point viewer that drives the development of professional excellence.
