Zoom leads the web conferencing solutions category at TrustRadius

TrustRadius has compared the
best web conferencing software
and Zoom is a clear favorite. This recognized unbiased benchmark is a true indicator of customer experience: average ratings on TrustRadius exceed 400 words, all reviewers are authenticated, and more than half of the Fortune 500 companies posted comments on TrustRadius.

When it comes to the overall TrustRadius score, Zoom (with 8.8) is the leader, followed by its competitors with scores of 8.4, 7.8 and lower. All scores are based on a 10-point scale.

Zoom also has outstanding scores in multiple functions. Zoom received 9.3 points for desktop sharing, 8.7 for meeting startup, 8.6 for calendar integration and 8.5 for online meeting security. Looking for superior video quality? Zoom, with the highest rating of 9.0, is the answer. The next closest second place received a score of 8.1.

Internet connections are not always perfect, but don’t let this ruin your meeting. Zoom does an excellent job in low-bandwidth environments: it scored the highest (7.9), while the next competitor scored only 6.5.
