We were at the Corporate Learning Day 2025: learning to activate our human potential
At a time when artificial intelligence challenges the limits of human knowledge, a question arises that is as uncomfortable as it is necessary: “Machines learn fast… how fast do we humans learn?”
This was the initial question that set the pace for our presentation at the Corporate Learning Day 2025where Actua had the privilege of participating with Joan Clotet, Digital Humanist.
The talk, presented by Adri Bertolani, Head of Marketing & People at Actuaaddressed an urgent challenge in organizations: the need to awaken the desire to learn in a context where technology is advancing at a dizzying pace. While machines improve their capabilities exponentially, human beings need to connect with our talents, motivations and brakes in order to evolve at the same speed.

During the session, Clotet shared tools to stimulate learning from curiosity and self-knowledge, and posed three key questions that invited reflection:
- Do your teams know what they excel at as humans?
- Do you know what currently motivates them to learn?
- Do you ask them how often they would invest time in training?
These questions opened the door to an honest debate on the inertia that often slows down learning:
- Lack of focus.
- Time constraints.
- Low priority given to personal development or the belief that one already knows enough.
But they also brought an alternative approach to the table: learning understood as exploration, curiosity and self-knowledge.
Clotet recalled that, in a context where digital can replicate processes with great efficiency, the soft skills soft skills are becoming the true competitive differential. Skills such as empathy, critical thinking, resilience and adaptability are not only still relevant, they are more necessary than ever.
From Actua, we take from this day a certainty: if we want to build more humane and sustainable organizations, we need to value what makes us unique as people.

The development of talent cannot be based only on complying with mandatory training, but on fostering a culture where learning is a conscious, relevant decision connected to the reality of each team. reality of each team.
Corporate Learning Day 2025 was an inspirational day that reminds us that talent development is about recognizing what makes us unique as humans.
