Vyond animated videos with advanced storytelling

This audiovisual content explains the SPDM (Service Problem Driven Management) framework, developed by Professor Beatriz Muñoz Seca. The course is aimed at entrepreneurial business profiles who want to improve their gross margin without compromising service delivery and solve operational problems in the company.

The course takes a journey through 4 companies from different industries (a back office of a large bank, a gas distributor, a financial company and a hotel company) represented by 4 classical Greek characters (Achilles, Hephaestus, Pegasus and Artemis).

All videos combine the use of these characters, scenarios and on-screen text to showcase the ideas and examples of these companies.
