Our #BreakfastWithActua event was a great success!
Recently, Actua had the pleasure of organizing an exclusive breakfast at Tech Barcelona, where we had the valuable participation of training managers from leading companies such as Glovo, Revlon Professional and Cegid. The day, focused on personalized digital training, attracted many professionals interested in improving their relationship strategies with customers and partners.
The speakers shared valuable experiences and innovative strategies. Active audience participation and in-depth discussions on customized digital training highlighted the importance of extended enterprise training in today’s corporate environment.
Those responsible for each success story shared how their innovative digital training strategies have strengthened the relationship with their customers and partners. They told us what were the key factors to achieve such a good result in their training projects:
- Alejandro Ruiz Navarro of Glovo highlighted flexibility in technology as a key to success: “We are a start-up with many changes, we are present in many countries and we have 3 business verticals. We need technology to adapt to our reality”.
- Pedro José Álvarez Díaz of Cegid pointed to Artificial Intelligence as a crucial factor: “We are entering the Portuguese market and we had the training in Spanish. We have translated the training into Portuguese with AI tools.”
- Juan Romaguera Castañer of Revlon Professional underlined the importance of an effective communication campaign and format changes: “Very easy to consume, during breaks, between one client and another, from the mobile…”
It was a space for knowledge sharing, networking and collaboration that left us inspired and motivated to continue innovating and improving, all while enjoying the views of Barcelona from the Tech Barcelona terrace!
