On June 27th, the Hotel Ilunion Pio XII hosted more than 200 attendees who celebrated the 6th edition of CXO Day, the benchmark event on customer experience. To strengthen the feeling of belonging to a brand, it is essential that companies provide a positive experience and, for that, customer satisfaction and experience is essential.
