While machines improve their capabilities exponentially, human beings need to connect with our talents, motivations and brakes in order to evolve at the same speed. <\/span>\n\n\u00a0\n\n<img class=\"wp-image-11946 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/actuasolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Joan_Ponencia-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Joan clotet corporate learning 2025\" width=\"701\" height=\"467\">\n\n\u00a0\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the session,<\/span><b> Clotet shared tools to stimulate learning from curiosity and self-knowledge,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and posed three key questions that invited reflection:<\/span>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do your teams know what they excel at as humans?<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do you know what currently motivates them to learn?<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do you ask them how often they would invest time in training?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These questions opened the door to an honest debate on the inertia that often slows down learning:  <\/span>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lack of focus.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time constraints.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Low priority given to personal development or the belief that one already knows enough.  <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But they also brought an alternative approach to the table:<\/span><b> learning understood as exploration, curiosity and self-knowledge.<\/b>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clotet recalled that, in a context where digital can replicate processes with great efficiency, the soft skills <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">soft skills<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  are becoming the true competitive differential.
